Introduction to open water swimming coaching session at £30ph plus venue entry

This session is focused on swimmers looking to take their first steps into open water swimming. This session is aimed towards those who are able to swim but are new to open water swimming itself.

Swimmers love these sessions as it brings confidence and comfort to open water swimming while working on the fundamental core of your swimming technique.

During the session, we will go over the main key skills and often focus on developing the three key areas, breathing, position, and propulsion. this framework covers the three most common reasons swimmers each out, breathing, front crawl difficulties, and sighting.
